Sipgil Group was established in the year 1987 in Pakistan with its office in Lahore (one of the metropolitan trade centers of Pakistan) & branches in Islamabad and Karachi and Sipgil china established in year 2000 with office in Nanjing, China. Sipgil established its joint ventures in manufacturing of catalysts in china and joint business for design, installation and commissioning of projects.
Sipgil – TTC is the authorized representative of some of the reputed ISO Quality certified Chinese, U.S. and other European companies and exclusive distributor of their products and services in Pakistan and abroad. Sipgil is pursuing long term strategic alliances/collaborations with world renowned manufacturers to deliver the supplies to our strategic clients in a very friendly environment.

Sipgil-China manufactures of catalysts for varied applications in Fertilizer Industries, Sulphuric acid plants, Refineries, and Petrochemical Industries. Our products are the result of many years research and development work. We continuously keep on working for improving the quality of our products. SIPGIL’s VANADIUM CATALYST
- The energy efficient operation of the SO2 converter is highly dependent upon the quality, characteristic and composition of the selected catalyst.
- Since the SO2 converter is the heart of the sulfuric acid plant, the type of catalyst selected plays a vital role in efficient sulfuric acid production.
- The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst influence the strength, activity Pressure drop and service life of the catalyst.
- Sipgil vanadium catalyst is so designed as to endure extreme conditions and special support material ensures long service life.
- Sipgil Research development cell over the years has improved the catalyst quality as far as energy efficiency, higher production rates and low SO2 emissions are concerned
In spite of the above mentioned specialties the Sipgil vanadium catalyst has the following benefit.
- Can handle strong SO2 feed gas without crossing the exit temperature limit
- Can effectively handle rapid change in feed gas composition
- The ignition temperature is low as compared to other catalysts, for fast startups.
- Auto thermal restart after a relatively longer period
- High conversion rate both in single and double absorption reactor with sipgil selected vanadium
Sipgil’s Cesium-Promoted Vanadium Catalyst
The CS promoted catalysts provide the high activity, low pressure drop characteristics desired
by most producers. The standard catalyst formulation has been modified to incorporate the
essential cesium promoter (CS series) which activates the catalyst at lower temperatures.
The cesium-promoted catalyst can be installed in both upper and lower pass applications.
Both types of formulations are also available as ribbed ring for higher specific area and lower
pressure drop.
For applications where low gas velocity converter vessels are still used, our solid pellet catalyst
provides uniform gas distribution and maximum conversion performance.
